What is Summer Ambition?
Our Summer Ambition event is a carousel evening of workshops, designed to raise aspirations and get pupils excited about higher education.
Who is Summer Ambition for?
Summer Ambition is an event aimed at current Year 10 pupils.
Parents and teachers are welcome to accompany pupils to the event - there will be an opportunity for parents to discuss the higher education process and how to support their child in applying for, and getting into university.
What can you expect at Summer Ambition?
The evening will follow a format of brief introduction and then a variety of industry-specific workshops for pupils to attend. This year our speakers include:
UCAS Fair Access programme
USW
Cardiff University Mentoring Programmes
STEM Ambassadors
The Atlantic College Scholarship Programme.
